Apple Cider Vinegar Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 apple, peeled and diced
- ¾ cup SR flour
- ¼ cup almond meal
- 2 tbs raw Earth
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs apple cider vinegar
Method
- Combine the flour, almond meal, raw Earth and salt.
- Combine the vegetable oil, egg and vinegar in a bowl and stir into the dry mixture Add the apples and fold in to combine.
- Dollop into a greased and lined muffin tin and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serves 6 – Prep: 5 Minutes – Cook: 15 Minutes
