Morning Matcha Oats

Kick start your day with this superfood oat packed with health benefits from Matcha e.g. immunity, metabolism, energy, vitamins & minerals
Ingredients (makes 1 bowl):
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp matcha powder (start with 1 tsp to see how intense you like)
- 1 cup almond/soy/oat milk
- 1 tsp Raw Earth
Method:
- Bring everything except matcha powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium, stirring frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
- Turn off the heat and stir in matcha powder. Serve with more toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: goji berries, cookie & cream cookies, cacao muesli, hemp seeds, berry-flavoured probiotic powder and yoghurt)
