Ingredients
- 2 bananas frozen
- 1 tbs protein powder
- 1 tbs rolled oats
- 1 -2 tsp Raw earth
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tbs Almond meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- banana, to garnish
Method
- Combine the bananas, protein powder, , Raw Earth, oats and milk in a blender. Blitz on low until smooth and creamy.
- Decorate with banana slices and combine the almond meal and cinnamon and sprinkle over the top.
