Peanut Butter Mousse
Ingredients
- ¼ cup natural smooth peanut butter
- ½ cup coconut cream, solid part*
- 2 tbs Raw Earth
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Combine all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Beat for 5-6 minutes until light and creamy.
- Serve topped with cacao nibs.
