Vanilla Crepes with Almond Butter
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbs Raw Earth
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- almond butter, for spreading
Method
- Whisk together ingredients. Stand for 30 mins – 1 hour.
- Ladle in ¼ of the batter onto a greased frying pan, turning the pan to cover entirely. Cook on medium low until matte and edges begin to crisp.
- Flip and cook for 30 seconds on the other side.
- Spread with almond butter and enjoy!
Serves 2-4 – Prep: 35 Minutes – Cook: 10 Minutes
